Resolved Question: Can I transfer to any out of state 4 year schools with a 2.5 GPA?

I currently have a 2.5 GPA and I applied to the University of Tennessee, Auburn University, and the University of Colorado: Denver. Do I have a shot at any of these schools for the Spring semester? I will be graduating this summer and I'm planning on getting a 3.5-4.0. Assuming I do achieve this goal, I should have a 2.75- 2.80 overall GPA.
